Prices for homes have dropped and I believe prices for the home inspection should also drop. I don't wish to lose you as a valued customer just because of my price. My prices are determined by total square footage of the home, the age and any special features your home may have such as crawl spaces, detached structures other than a garage, if there is a pool or spa.

I'll be happy to give you a quote over the phone and I hope to win your business and your trust. If you find someone less expensive, please give me the opportunity to earn your business with a lower price if that is what it will take.
