Hello from the Huntzinger Family 

Hello and welcome to my website. I hope I can provide you the information you need to select me as your professional Home Inspector.

A little background on me first. I'm a father of 2 kids and have a lovely wife. I enjoy anything repair related and love trying to figure out what's wrong. That's why I love home inspection. I'm all about attention to details particulary in your possible new home or investment property.

I've evolved the business a LOT since starting 10 years ago. Back then, I used report books with carbon paper type duplication and CD's burned of photographs. Now, everything is via the Internet. I type reports and upload photos and you get quick and convenient access to your Home Inspection the same day it is performed.

All inspections include a detailed report with notes and recommendations, digital photos of areas of concern, and an oral evaluation or summary. I am available 7 days a week for your convenience.

As a professional home inspector, I am insured for Errors & Omissions and Professional Liability. I have also met the high standards of the California Real Estate Inspection Association for which I am the current President of the local chapter.

I am a Lincoln resident, a graduate of Inspection Training Associates (ITA), and a second generation home inspector and I look forward to working with you.
